How-to
Copy the workbook. Then distrust the first green check.
Ordinary sums usually match. Nested dynamic arrays and some IFS patterns are where payroll files lie. Prove it with numbers. This site is an independent handbook and is not affiliated with Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited.

Before you start
Never test on the only copy of payroll. See Spreadsheets. Ordinary sums usually match. Nested dynamic arrays and some IFS patterns are where payroll files lie.
A one-cent drift on a cell you already trust is still a failure. Keep Excel available for the original until the copy agrees.
Steps
- Duplicate the XLSX Work on a copy. Keep Excel available for the original.
- Check a known total Pick a cell whose value you already trust. Compare WPS to Excel. A one-cent drift is still a failure.
- Hunt nested IFS, unique, and filter functions These are the usual misses. If they error, park that sheet in Excel.
- Recalculate fully Force a full calculate if the build offers it. Stale caches lie.
- Decide per workbook Invoices can stay. Macro-driven models should leave. See the compatibility page.
If it still fails
Round-trip method: format compatibility.
