Editorial
A notebook that is not Kingsoft’s help desk.
WPS Office Handbook records how the suite behaves on real machines: official channels, paid walls, and the repairs people search at midnight. This site is an independent handbook and is not affiliated with Kingsoft Office Software Corporation Limited.

What we publish
Practical notes: where to install, what still works without paying, which PDF jobs hit a wall, how Linux fonts collapse, and how uninstall leaves file associations pointing at a hole. English is the source. Other languages are generated copies of the same handbook, not separate editorial desks.
We write in the tone of a lab notebook, not a landing page. Paid walls are named. Store IDs are named. Cracks are refused. Reader stories are composites with representative names — they are not testimonials for this domain and not aggregate ratings from any store.
What we refuse
- We do not publish cracks, serials, or unofficial mirrors.
- We do not reset Kingsoft passwords or refund Premium.
- We do not sell “full version” keys in the comments, because there are no comments.

Independence
WPS Office, WPS, and Kingsoft marks belong to their owners. Listing official URLs is not an endorsement by Kingsoft of this handbook. We do not run a fake login form. We do not wrap the vendor logo as if this were the product site. The brand in the header is WPS Office Handbook — a notebook, not the company.
Sources
Vendor pages, store listings, and public troubleshooting patterns. Menus move between builds. When a Store ID is replaced, we update the channel map. Field notes are not a warranty. You remain responsible for backups and for what you install.
Corrections
If a step is wrong on your build, send the page URL, the platform, and what the menu actually says. We would rather patch a sentence than defend a stale screenshot. Last updated August 2026.
