We will ignore
- Requests for a “full crack” or a serial.
- Kingsoft account recovery. That is a vendor job.
- Guest posts that are affiliate download roundups.
- Password resets, refunds, and invoice copies for Premium.
Official product channels remain wps.com/download and the stores listed on the download hub. Billing lives with Kingsoft or with Apple / Google / Microsoft if you paid through a store.
